Water Under The Bridge Publications creates individually crafted book of personal stories, reflections and anecdotes that can become a precious family heirloom. The business owner, Naomi Miller is a skilled interviewer and writer, and required a logo that reflects her fresh and enjoyable approach to interviewing and writing, and in turn reflects the vitality, humour and heart of each person she writes about.
The logo design is whimsical, and involves a play on design. In the Logo it is the word ‘bridge’ that is diagrammatically shown as the water, and the word ‘water’ is the visual bridge. This emphasis the reflective nature of her work, and the way in which her books mirror the lives of the people they’re written about.
The book and flyer design also resonate with a bygone era while comprising contemporary elements.
